Ally Cason, my granddaughter was at Ed’s Steak House. We got five deer this year and she got the biggest buck. Here is a picture if it. We just finished processing over 150 lbs of meet.

Congratulations. 600 deer burgers in the freezer.
We pass out the meat and we all ended up with 30 to 40 lbs of burger. Kim and I just had beef stroganoff made with one bag we didn’t freeze. We grind a little beef fat or bacon with the meat. It was delicious. The house is quiet again and a good time was had for all.
